RB commit from Alabama Anthony Rogers responds to the visit from Georgia scrimmage.
Josh Crawford has the running back from Carver, Alabama, as one of his top targets at the position.
Running back Anthony Rogers of Carver, Alabama, is open to visiting even though he has committed to Alabama.
Visiting Georgia for the Bulldogs’ spring scrimmage on Saturday was part of that. He reestablished contact with Georgia running backs coach Josh Crawford last month, and the two have remained in constant conversation ever since.
Rogers returned to Athens as a result of that.
“For the past month, Coach Crawford and I have been in communication. I have a date to come up here that we set up,” Rogers said to Dawgs247. “He simply informs me that he has his sights set on me as a running back. He would be thrilled if I came to Georgia to perform for him.”
What would Rogers say about his own level of commitment?
