“These continued media stories are negatively affecting what should be my happiest days. Joey and I are excited to welcome our baby in the fall xx.”
Speculation about a romantic link between Davis and Hopkins has circulated, but it seems she was merely attending a game with him. Given Davis’s bachelor status and lack of children, the initial rumors quickly gained traction.
For a franchise accustomed to off-field distractions, this particular rumor was swiftly debunked, allowing Davis and the Raiders to focus on the upcoming season.
