Done Deal: Just In Auburn Tiger Confirm To Commit Another Top Talented Star

According to a league press release, Georgia Tech transfer Miles Kelly formally withdrew his name from consideration in the NBA Draft 2024 after first committed to Auburn on Sunday.
This decision, which was widely anticipated, all but guarantees Kelly’s attendance at Auburn. As of Thursday night, when the NBA made its announcement, he still hasn’t signed with Auburn. According to the press release, Kelly is one of 93 players who have decided to withdraw and head back to college.
Wednesday was the cutoff date for those who wanted to withdraw and still be eligible to return to college.

With just less than 14 points per game the previous season, Kelly led Georgia Tech in scoring. He was added as the final piece to complete Auburn’s 2024–25 roster, which at this point has all five of its major departures replaced.

Kelly ended up being the solution after Auburn made multiple attempts to sign another guard to give the position more depth. The Auburn Tigers’ 2024–25 roster will be complete once he signs and becomes a member. The last unsigned player left for the squad for next season is Kelly.

Denver Jones, a returning guard, will likely start at shooting guard for Auburn, while JP Pegues, a transfer from Furman, will likely start at point guard. Off the bench, Kelly and incoming freshman Tahaad Pettiford will be the best guard options.
