**Four-Star Running Back Raycine Guillory Withdraws Commitment from Texas**
The Texas Longhorns have experienced a setback with the de-commitment of four-star running back Raycine Guillory.
Despite their recent success in the 2025 recruiting cycle, the Longhorns’ 2026 class has taken a hit. Earlier this week, they added five-star quarterback Dia Bell, bringing the class total to two. However, on Thursday, Guillory, a four-star running back from Aledo, Texas, announced he was withdrawing his commitment, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
Guillory had been committed to Texas since January. With his departure, Bell remains the sole commitment in the 2026 class.
Guillory, a 5-foot-10, 180-pound prospect, has had an impressive high school career, rushing for 2,005 yards and 26 touchdowns, and catching 28 passes for 329 yards and eight more scores across two different schools. Last season, after transferring to Aledo, he rushed for 1,236 yards and 17 touchdowns on 146 attempts.
Ranked as the No. 189 player nationally, the No. 16 running back, and the No. 25 player in Texas by the 247 Sports composite ranking, Guillory is also rated as a four-star recruit by On3, ESPN, and Rivals.com.
USC, Arkansas, and SMU are now pursuing Guillory. According to the On3 recruiting prediction machine, SMU is currently leading with a 24.7 percent chance of securing his commitment, followed by Arkansas at 18.5 percent, and USC at 15.4 percent.
