2025 4-Star Receiver with LSU in Final 5 Sets Commitment Date
Cortez Mills, one of the top 100 players in the 2025 recruiting class, has announced his upcoming commitment date. Mills is a 6-foot-1, 170-pound, four-star wide receiver from Homestead, Florida, where he plays for Homestead High School. He has narrowed his college choices to five: LSU, Florida, Clemson, Oklahoma, and Nebraska.
While Clemson has multiple crystal ball projections to land Mills, Oklahoma is favored at 86% according to On3. Analysts remain divided on his potential destination, making it an open race. LSU’s coach, Brian Kelly, has a chance to attract Mills to Baton Rouge.
LSU’s 2025 recruiting class currently includes 12 commitments, led by five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood from Michigan. So far, only one wide receiver, four-star TaRon Francis from New Orleans, is committed. The class is ranked No. 10 nationally by 247Sports.
