Breaking: Alabama Top Talented Well Experienced Linebacker Star Players Announces His Departure From The Team Due To.

On Wednesday, 28 NFL players who had been placed on injured reserve at the start of the season were allowed to return to practice. However, linebacker Christian Harris of the Houston Texans was not one of them. In his second season, Harris—a third-round selection from Alabama in the 2022 NFL Draft—made 101 tackles for the Texans. As Harris attempted to get ready for his third season, a calf injury dogged him during training camp, and he wasn’t ready to play when the season began.

Although eligible, Harris will not return to practice this week, Houston coach DeMeco Ryans said.

Ryans stated, “He’s still on the road to recovery.” He’s moving forward and doing well. When we get him, we’ll get him. Another former Alabama linebacker, Henry To’oTo’o, is leading the Texans in tackles this season with 32, and his playing time has increased as a result of Harris’ absence. According to NFL regulations, injured reserve players must sit out a minimum of four games. IR players may report back to work on Wednesday as practice gets underway for Week 5. Teams have 21 days to add them to the active roster.

Jeremiah Moon (Hoover) of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Darious Williams (UAB) of the Los Angeles Rams were two of the players returning; they are currently listed as “reserve/injured, designated for return.”
