Breaking: Cleveland Browns Officially Cut Another Experienced Fans Favorite Star After Requesting Max Contract Extension

**Ravens Re-Sign QB Tyler Huntley to Practice Squad**

On August 31, the Baltimore Ravens re-signed quarterback Tyler Huntley, a Pro Bowl selection in 2022, and placed him on their practice squad. Huntley, 26, has been with the Ravens for the past four seasons, primarily serving as a backup to starting quarterback Lamar Jackson.

In March, Huntley signed a one-year, $1.29 million deal with the Cleveland Browns. However, he was released by the Browns on Thursday, as they already had three other quarterbacks on their roster. With Huntley’s return, Baltimore now has Jackson, a two-time NFL MVP, and veteran Josh Johnson on their active 53-man roster. Meanwhile, Huntley and rookie Devin Leary, a sixth-round draft pick from Kentucky, have been placed on the practice squad.

Huntley was named to the Pro Bowl in 2022 after an impressive season where he completed 67 percent of his passes for 658 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions over six games, including four starts. Over his career with the Ravens, Huntley has accumulated 1,957 passing yards, eight touchdowns, and seven interceptions in 20 games, nine of which he started.

Huntley originally joined the Ravens in 2020 as an undrafted free agent from the University of Utah. His return to Baltimore provides additional depth at quarterback and offers the team a familiar and reliable option for their practice squad.
