Breaking: Michigan Wolverines Confirm Another Major Injury Setbacks As Three Top Talented Fans Favorite Stars Confirmed Injured Ahead Texas Clash

Both Michigan and Texas come into their Week 2 matchup with relatively clean injury reports. While the SEC requires teams to release injury reports during conference play, Texas is not obligated to do so for this non-conference game.

In the highly anticipated top-10 showdown, No. 3 Texas heads to Ann Arbor to face No. 10 Michigan. This marks Texas’ first top-10 matchup in over 15 years, and the game is a major opportunity for the Longhorns to boost their College Football Playoff hopes with a non-conference win.

However, Michigan might be without several key players under new head coach Sherrone Moore when they take on Texas on Sept. 7 at 11 a.m. CT. Here’s a look at three injured Michigan players:

1. **Rod Moore, S (Knee)**: Senior safety Rod Moore tore his ACL during spring practice. Moore, who started 11 games last season, was set to play a major role in Michigan’s secondary this year.

2. **Jack Tuttle, QB (Elbow)**: The former Indiana transfer was competing for the starting quarterback spot but dropped out due to an elbow injury during fall practice. Tuttle missed Michigan’s Week 1 win over Fresno State, while Alex Orji and Davis Warren shared quarterback duties.

3. **Joe Taylor, WR (Undisclosed)**: Senior wide receiver and special teams contributor Joe Taylor sat out Week 1 with an undisclosed injury. Taylor played in all 15 games last season, making significant contributions on special teams.

These injuries may affect Michigan’s lineup as they prepare for the crucial matchup against Texas.
