BREAKING: Just In Eagles Officially Rule Out Two Top Talented Fans Favorite Key Starters for Week 7 Due To.

As they head into Week 7, the Philadelphia Eagles are 3-2. The Eagles defeated the Cleveland Browns 20–16 last week in Week 6, earning a pleasant victory after their bye. Not all of the news was good, though. Both offensive lineman Jordan Mailata and tight end Dallas Goedert were promptly ruled out due to hamstring issues. Both players were thrown out of Sunday’s game against the New York Giants after failing to show up for practice this week.

This contest will always be ultra important as it’s a divisional matchup. It is also the first game for Saquon Barkley against his former club. This game will be ultra-competitive, and Philadelphia will miss having both Goedert and Mailata out there.

According to Jeff McLane, Goedert might be sidelined for a few weeks. Regarding Mailata, head coach Nick Sirianni had the same opinion. Based on a team transcript, Sirianni stated, “It appears that Jordan will be out for a few weeks.” Philadelphia doesn’t want to hear it, but they must rely on the depth they have established. Fred Johnson will replace Mailata for the Eagles. Johnson has had difficulty in 2024; according to PFF, his total rating is 50.5. Over 124 offensive snaps, he has allowed two sacks and surrendered a total of eighteen pressures. Grant Calcaterra is expected to take over as the starting tight end. He has eight catches for 123 yards this season, averaging 15.4 yards per reception.

The Eagles have beaten the Giants five of the last six times and look to continue that dominance on Sunday. Even with Goedert and Mailata on the sideline.
