The Kansas City Chiefs are reportedly targeting a major defensive reinforcement as they look to strengthen their roster for the ongoing NFL season. According to multiple sources, the Chiefs are predicted to sign a former first-round pick from the Green Bay Packers, a move that could bolster their defensive line.
The player in question is none other than Rashan Gary, the talented outside linebacker and defensive end who was selected 12th overall by the Packers in the 2019 NFL Draft. Gary, known for his powerful pass-rushing abilities and versatility on defense, has shown flashes of brilliance throughout his career with Green Bay. However, injuries and inconsistent performance have prevented him from fully reaching his potential. The Chiefs, however, seem keen on tapping into Gary’s upside, believing that a change of scenery and the opportunity to play alongside stars like Chris Jones and Nick Bolton could reignite his career.
