Breaking News: Minnesota Vikings reportedly comfirm the signing of Another star after Jordan Hicks’ injury

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — After linebacker Jordan Hicks was hospitalized following Sunday’s game, the Minnesota Vikings are bringing back a familiar face.

According to an NFL source, the Vikings have signed veteran player Anthony Barr.

Barr, who played for the Vikings for the first eight seasons of his career, most recently played for the Dallas Cowboys, where he recorded 58 tackles and two fumble recoveries in 14 games.

Hicks suffered compartment syndrome after receiving a straight shot to the shin, according to Vikings coach Kevin O’Connell. Hicks is anticipated to miss this week’s game against the Denver Broncos.

Barr was selected ninth overall by the Vikings in 2014. During his time with the Vikings, he made four consecutive Pro Bowl berths.
