Bills star Stefon Diggs’ 5-word description of new OC Joe Brady

Stefon Diggs, the Buffalo Bills’ standout wide receiver, is impressed with interim offensive coordinator Joe Brady. Throughout the first 10 games of the 2023-24 NFL season, Stefon Diggs and the Buffalo Bills have been up and down. The Bills are currently 5-5, and while Diggs has continued to produce at a high level among his NFL wide receiver star counterparts, Buffalo is now looking for answers following a crushing home loss to the Denver Broncos last week, and are in danger of missing the playoffs entirely.

In fact, the Bills’ situation is so bad right now that they sacked offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and promoted quarterbacks coach Joe Brady to temporary offensive coordinator for the rest of the season.

Now, Diggs is being really honest about how things are going for the Bills, including his first impressions of Joe Brady in his new role.

“We need to turn the page.” It’s the start of a new week. “It’s a new guy,” Diggs stated, according to Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic. He also referred to Brady as “a hell of a guy,” according to Buscaglia.

Few could have imagined that the Bills would be at.500 thus early in the season. While they weren’t necessarily clear-cut Super Bowl favorites entering the season, most, if not all, analysts and experts expected Buffalo to comfortably clinch their spot in the AFC playoff picture, as they did in previous years.

However, inconsistency from the offense, including an NFL high in turnovers for quarterback Josh Allen, has left Buffalo in a hole as the season nears its end.
