The rookie quarterback, on the other hand, wasted little time in correcting himself. “I believe I used ‘capitulate’ instead of’matriculate’ in today’s press conference.” It’s been killing me. “I sincerely apologize to all of my former English teachers,” Levis wrote on X (formerly Twitter). It’s not the most heinous offense against the English language, but everyone can identify to the uncomfortable sense of discovering you’ve committed a mistake. Levis only wanted to straighten things up and get rid of that tiny grammar mistake.

Tennessee’s win over Carolina halted a three-game losing streak and improved the AFC South division team’s record to 4-7.
Levis and the Titans, who have failed to win back-to-back games this season, will face the Indianapolis Colts in Week 13 at home in a rematch.
