Eddy Pierre-Louis, a four-star offensive lineman, released his top five schools on Sunday afternoon.
On Friday, December 15, the Tampa Catholic (FL) standout will choose between Oklahoma, Miami, Texas A&M, Oregon, and UCF. According to Rivals, Pierre-Louis is one of the top 27 players and one of the top two interior offensive linemen in the 2024 recruiting class. Pierre-Louis, who stands 6-foot-3 and weighs 335 pounds, has outstanding mobility for someone his size and shape. The powerful inside offensive lineman possesses the strength to stand up to SEC defensive linemen and the speed to reach second-level linebackers.

Pierre-Louis came to Norman for the Sooners’ 31-29 victory over UCF in October. Bill Bedenbaugh traveled to Florida on Sunday for an in-home visit with the sought prospect.
Pierre-Louis would be a major boost to Oklahoma’s 2024 class, which also includes offensive linemen Daniel Akinkunmi, Joshua Aisosa, Eugene Brooks, and Isaiah Autry.

After losing out on 4-star guard Grant Brix, who recently committed to Nebraska, gaining Pierre-Louis’ commitment is now even more critical for OU. With only four offensive trench players in the 2024 cycle, the Sooners need to add at least one more outstanding recruit to their o-line class. Pierre-Louis is a high school classmate of current OU freshman linebacker Lewis Carter. Adding another Florida player would help Oklahoma maintain its recruiting stream in the Sunshine State, which will be critical as the club joins the SEC.
