ROTHERHAM UNITED boss Leam Richardson is out to provide some much-needed hope between now and January. The newly-appointed Millers manager has been thrown in at the deep end, taking over a club severely lacking in alternatives, form, and presently sitting at the bottom of the table – and with the winter transfer window not yet open to potentially help them until the beginning of January.
